BRIGHTER FUTURES GARDEN PROJECT AT SOUTH BRANCH

Hollywood, FL - With support from pharmaceutical company, AstraZeneca, Henderson Mental Health Center in Hollywood did a planting project on Friday, May 20th, to celebrate Mental Health Month.

Staff, clients and representatives from AstraZeneca created a garden plan and chose materials to enhance the 1920's former hotel that houses an outpatient and rehabilitation program.

Henderson Mental Health Center's Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Barbara Atlas and Branch Administrator, Ms. Cathy Gilmartin thanked the pharmaceutical company for their support in the beautification project.

Clients had a great time planting, mulching and installing edging in the courtyard, the front of the building and the entrance. Afterwards, all celebrated with a big lunch, cake and sodas.
